Urban Economy Forum (UEF) is an initiative of UN-Habitat, with its primary focus on urban economy and municipal finance. Urban Economy Forum is based in Canada and tries to engage an active Canadian network as its high-ranking council, with the UEF High-Ranking Council enhancing the level of relationship between UN-Habitat and the Canadian Community on subject matters pertinent to urban economy and municipal finance.

SREDA’s role is to strengthen and grow the local economy by providing programs and services in the areas of business attraction and expansion entrepreneurship support; regional economic development and planning; economic forecasting and analysis; and marketing the Saskatoon Region.

Tourism Saskatchewan is responsible for promoting and developing sustainable and diverse tourism in the province. Through marketing, visitor services, education and training, and product and industry development the province aims to be a leader in affordable culturally authentic destination.

International City Leaders (ICL) works with partners to build capacity to manage urban growth through strategy development, organizational gap analysis, training and conference design at local, national and global levels.
