**Engineering Scope:**- Designing and creating drawings for the needs of a prospect (Product/Instrument).- Conducting assessments on a prospect when necessary.- Generating reports on the assessment findings in the field.- Distributing design requests by attaching assessment results or data obtained from sales engineers to the engineering team (Cranes & MHD).- Archiving documents related to drawings (Preliminary, Shop Drawing, & As Build Drawing).- Following up on design requests made to the central engineering team.- Distributing drawing results (Preliminary, Shop Drawing, & As Build Drawing) from the engineering team to sales or clients and explaining the drawing results if necessary.- Explaining to sales and relevant departments if clarification is needed regarding drawings received from the client (TOR, KAK, & RKS).- Requesting Drawing Approval from the client.**Project Control Scope:**- Preparing technical documents for tenders (similar experience, schedule, S-curve, and drawings) as requested by sales engineers.- Creating schedules and work plans in the form of S-curves for the implementation of project tasks (from procurement to completion).- Taking responsibility for all requests (Purchase Work Request) for project needs, including spare parts, tools, materials, and services required during the project.- Communicating and coordinating with the client regarding updates on procurement, tasks, etc.- Checking draft contracts (document handover of goods and work).- Leading project update meetings with all relevant departments.- Summarizing all project expenditures and ensuring they align with the project budget, then coordinating with sales if necessary.- Preparing all necessary documents for the handover of goods and work for billing purposes.- Serving as the project admin for all major projects.

- Conducting analysis on the quality of Palm Oil Mill Effluent (POME) during loading or unloading using ISO 9001:2015 standards.- Monitoring the quality of POME during loading at the Palm Oil Mill.- Generating weighbridge letters during the loading and unloading of POME.- Creating reports on the arrival of truck drivers involved in loading and unloading.- Issuing Delivery Orders (DO) and Purchasing Orders (PO) for POME to be loaded onto vessels.- Generating fund requisition (BR) and placing orders for additional operational needs for monthly office requirements.- Seeking potential supplies from palm oil mills or suppliers.- Tracking truck drivers from the Palm Oil Mill to the Riau Hub.- Monthly purchase of diesel for genset engines.- Conducting an inventory list of office items and equipment.- Preparing and placing orders for operational vehicles when conducting POME survey visits to Palm Oil Mills.- Collecting samples from waste reservoirs within the Palm Oil Mill.- Ensuring smooth loading onto vessels in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).- Recruiting daily wage workers for loading and unloading activities.- Collaborating with local security authorities to facilitate company operations.- Purchasing office tools and facilities.
