(Pipe, plate, bolt and nut, etc)• Inspection of Pressure Vessel, periodical and initial inspection of ISO containers.• Inspection of GRE Pipe, Fittings and Qualifications Test.• Inspection and Witness of DOSH Requirement Hydrotest.• Witness of Type Test and FAT for Electrical Cables.• Witness of Video scope Inspection (corrosion survey).• Pre-Shipment Inspection.• Inspection of Sacrificial Anodes.• Inspection of Manufacturing and FAT of Flexible PipesJob Descriptions As a 3rd party Inspector for witnessing the certification of Welding Procedure Qualification Test and Welder Qualification Duties:• Verify all test procedure been followed accordingly to the given codes, standards and Specification. (Ex. ASME IX, AWS D1.1, API 1104, Client Spec.)• Review and verify all the PQR, WPS, NDT report and DT report.• Witness the welding processes involved during the welding activities. • Verify all the parameters are recorded according to the actual test.• Witness the mechanical test.• Review and endorse all documents upon completion.
