CurrentMain responsibilities: - Running and coordinating maintenance contracts for equipment within the company; - In the construction or repair works within the company, I am responsible for the entire execution process, from finding possible providers, requesting and analyzing offers, drawing up orders, providing technical assistance in the bid process, verifying the correct execution accordance with the legal provisions, supervision, participation at works reception , analysis post-work documents and sending invoices for payment; - Writing notes, addresses, reports of technical and economic necessity accompanied by supporting documents; - I actively participate in the preparation, organization and conduct of public tenders for construction works or provision of services; - Drawing up reports and situations regarding consumption, ongoing contracts, payments, material inputs/outputs, solutions, spare parts, consumables, household materials, non-compliant products, etc. - Support interaction with external partners, such as consultants, authorities and suppliers on technical matters.
