From my 3 years experience with Kaodim, I've adapted to work with team members from different nationality and diversed background, which is a really eye-opening experience. Handled a small team for cancellation & credit refund, where we processed credit refund to vendor, contact customer for verification and also escalate issues to the respective department. Also entrusted to handle a project with UEM Edgenta during the first MCO, which is to provide / schedule vendors for CIMB maintenance throughout Peninsular Malaysia. Those 3 years taught me a lot, shown in my progress through the ranks. Currently a Member Relations Executive in Co-Labs Coworking, which is a totally different environment from what I was used to. Going from a virtual customer service role to customer-facing role, it does come with it's set of challenges. But with a really great team, I'm looking forward for what's to come!
