My name is Muhammad Adib and my background has given me the hands on the experience in all facts of technical work that would contribute to organization’s goals and objectives.Currently I'm working as Sr. Project Engineer at Mytech & Assembly Sdn Bhd which leaded for any new project until SOP stage. My working experiences have been positive ones due in part to my interpersonal skills. I work well in teams, am reliable and organized, and enthusiastic to learn. -Key channel of communication for customers and internal plant.-Responsible to prepare and maintain engineering documentation such as: CP, PFMEA, WI, study report etc. with knowledge in Microsoft Office application.-Co-ordinate for new change implementation to the product and process of assembly parts.-Provide Process Flow and NRE for new project kick off.-Knowledge in lean manufacturing, line balancing, process line setup and layout arrangement.

-Monitoring the process of assembly product and keep to the maximum efficiency.-Research and Development to enhance the assembly process.-Instruction on workstation setup for prevention of product failure.-Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, Work Instruction and New Project Introduction Development.

Handle the SME matter for the company registration.Develop the alternative substitution chemical for research.Assist the production in industrial scale.Services for Air Handling Unit decontamination.
