- Liaise with Richemont APAC IT L2 and L3 team on incident case and troubleshooting.
- Support IT infrastructure for SEAO region (Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Australia and Vietnam)
- IT Project lead for boutique opening / renovation for Richemont Malaysia.
- Provide IT training for new joiner and refresher training for all Malaysia user.
- Maintaining and monitoring Active Directory group.
- Maintaining and monitoring CAPEX and OPEX budget expenses for Malaysia IT department.
