An award-winning leader with more than 20 years of entertainment production experience, Adiclere Evans is passionately working to create longevity and equity in production that empowers Black directors, creatives, talent, and crew throughout the world. She founded The Funnel Creative and Rev Engine to showcase the full spectrum of talent by Black creatives in entertainment and to produce cutting-edge content for agencies, artists, and brands. By 2030, The Funnel Creative will produce $100 million of television and film content utilizing Black creative talent behind the scenes. Clients include Amazon, BET Networks, Carol H. Williams Advertising, Chevrolet, Comcast, Doritos, Leo Burnett, Paramount, The Kraft Heinz Company, Universal Music Group, Velocity, and Wingstop.Rev Engine is a certified 100 percent women-owned and Black-owned media agency that provides a more authentic and diverse voice in content creation for brands. Clients include BET Networks, Peacock, Sparkling Ice, Teach For America, Universal Music Group, and Visa. Evans and her partners were recently recognized with a Cannes Lions Award and several AICP Awards.
