- Lead Redesign and managed technical revamping of 4 legacy ERP systems for multiple industries- Helped build product(s) for a IOT Startup which enabled appliance manufacturers, developers and enthusiasts to build smart internet connected devices easily. Focussed on product strategy and user research- Worked with one of India’s newest startup advisories; oversaw product design and development from inception to delivery.- Consulted (Product & UXD) for multiple Startups (4+) by analysing core business needs to suggest product changes that helped solve critical business roadblocks. Also, worked closely with client's / external design and dev teams to take complete ownership for deliverables and timelines

Think Tankers is a global management and technology services company that serves businesses, governments and foundations. My responsibilities included, but was not limited to :- Defined navigation, user workflows and layouts focusing on usability, Developed wireframes, interface mockups and page prototypes- Conceptualised and led a team to develop user interfaces for internal and external applications and ensured usability during technical implementation- Collaborated with external development, engineering, and quality assurance teams to assure that the product is being built as per client's needs

BrandEx (Etd. 2012) - http://brandex.be/ is a Branding, Advertising & Digital creative agency. They conceptualise, design and produce digital products and communication assets. My scope of work involved, but was not limited to :- Working with the brand team to produce new ideas for company branding, promotional campaigns, and marketing communications- Conceptualised and implement tailored marketing plans based on individual client requirements- Supervise the department's daily workflow, assign project workload, and monitor deadlines and budgets- Shape brand standards and create procedures to ensure all products are brand appropriate

Worked with over a dozen local and global business to help them conceptualise, design and coordinate development of their websites/web-apps in the domains of e-commerce, travel booking , gaming & clothing. Scope of work included, but was not limited to :- Facilitated the client’s product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping and user-testing experiences for digital products- Designed and delivered wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimised for a wide range of devices and interfaces- Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
