My primary role is to support corporate capital project teams as a technical resource for liquid and sanitary processes. My experience with sanitary food and beverage process engineering enabled me to easily integrate with the corporate engineering team and tackle complex process projects from day 1.Agile and adaptive process engineering is critical to make Gallo's ambitions become reality. Project teams are required to move quickly to conceptualize, engineer, install, and commission new and modified processes with the help of external resources. I also serve as a liquid process engineering resource for investigations, troubleshooting, process modifications, and new process design.My largest success to date will Gallo is using my sanitary liquid process experience to solve an elusive process issue within my first 5 months that had been plaguing the company over several years. My solution cost $0 to implement, completely eliminated the process problem, saved the company nearly $1MM per year in operating costs, and prevented a multi-million dollar mitigation project.
