After being hit with the biggest test any parent can face, I turn to these principles in all I do.I am a person centered, example driven leader. I build great teams by coaching and encouragement rather than dictatorial demening. Creating positive working environments so "one team" pulls together for the overall good. I lead from the front and encourage from the back.Sound commercial knowledge with good understanding of procurement, B2B and B2C sales, budgeting and forecasting. Proven track record in target setting, and achieving across various levels.Great communication skills with an attentive ear and calming but clear vocal position in all I do, I am able to converse on multiple levels.Working hard is good for the soul but family and self are equally as important so to get away from it all I enjoy long country walks with my partner and our working cocker spaniel, fishing and creating our happy home. I also find inner strength by facilitating support meetings for other bereaved parents.I hold no mystery in who I am - what you see is what you get.
