With this deep Oracle focus, but also with a broad range of infrastructure knowledge completed by know how in Utilities, Insurance, Trading and Tourism, I was building up a consulting team in Switzerland. Also I am working as technology advisor for a couple of clients to build up-to-date solutions - or better - to 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝 𝐮𝐩 𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐬 - bridging the gap between the business needs (even the future ones) and the IT. So this means to organize teams, organize processes and find the right solution(s) for each company. There isn't a blue print or one size fits all approach here! Stepping into service orientation does not only mean to use service oriented architecture in your company, it also means to re-organize your company to focus on a service oriented approach. Besides the deep technology and architectural know how I am very experienced in Key Account Management, Business Development, Business Analysis, process engineering, solution finding, development or steering the development and software testing, focus is the software lifecycle in it's total (independent of waterfall model, scrum, ...).Besides that, I like to train people - most often within Oracle, but also within other areas.
