Ritchey Design is the manufacturer of bicycle components and frames.As the Marketing Manager at Ritchey, I am responsible for the overall marketing and advertising for our road, mountain and travel bike products. This includes digital and print advertising, social media, multi-channel email outreach, ecommerce, sales collateral, demo bike and wheel program management, trade show marketing and logistics, editor relations, and sponsorship management of US professional and amateur cycling teams.In my 5 years at Ritchey Design, I’m proud to have transformed the focus of our advertising and marketing efforts from heavy print to a much more digital push. This was accomplished with a gradual budget shift, a focus on social media and online video efforts, as well as introducing a better website user-experience.

Sportgenic is an online advertising network consisting of athletic focused sites, from cycling to football. I joined Sportgenic in it's infancy (formerly, Active Athlete) as the 7th employee and enjoyed the ride as we grew the team to around 50 employees. Sportgenic was later sold to Glam Media.At Sportgenic, I reported directly to the CEO and VP of Client Solutions & Insights. I was responsible for creating custom advertising packages for the sales team to sell to national accounts. I brought multiple levels of geographic, demographic and psychographic targeting as well as homepage skins/takeovers to the network, which greatly increased the network’s value and revenue potential. I increased Sportgenic’s revenue by monetizing remnant inventory across all publishing partners, managing several affiliate and smaller ad networks.

GM Planworks is a division of The Publicis Groupe and was the AOR for General Motors (GM)I was responsible for multi-million dollar national digital branding investment across Chevy, Saturn, GM Corporate, Buick, OnStar, GM CUV and GM Credit Card divisions. Collaboration with partner agencies, client teams and vendors was key to executing successful multi-million dollar, cross-media programs. I supervised a team of Branding Investors and was an integral team member for upfront rate negotiations with our largest digital partners, Yahoo!, MSN and AOL. Negotiated major digital campaigns for new model launches and major events, such as the Winter Olympic Sponsorships.

In a very competitive environment I consistently reached monthly sales goals by maintaining current clientele as well as closing new clients. I worked with management to create new ad placements, which were instrumental in increasing inventory and therefore site revenue.

This managing relationships with the client and vendors, as well as coordinating the agencies creative and trafficking teams.

Newspaper Services of America is a media planning and purchasing agency with a focus on newspaper insert advertising.Account Supervisor for Kmart and Penske Automotive. I negotiated ad rates and coordinated pre-print delivery between regional printers and newspapers for weekly home delivery.
