They curate content and provide research support for clinicians across the system. The also support circulation, electronic resources, interlibrary loan, table of contents, and web presence.In addition to supervising and Education Consulting, I supported integrating and implementing ThedaCare's Leadership Practices course - our year-long program for developing leaders at ThedaCare including leadership development, Lean (ThedaCare Improvement System), and leadership in a Lean environment (BPS - Business Performance System).
