Partnered with other teams to implement Service Now, Power Query, Power BI, SharePoint solutions to simplify processes and communicate outcomes.

Oversight of enterprise leadership and organizational development. Supported a team of Education Architects who provided leadership development training and consulting. Leadership development encompasses system-wide offerings of professional development courses, as well as custom-building content and learning pathways to target specific areas of growth most needed to support our mission. Supported learning systems (video and learning management systems) for the enterprise. Implemented Perfode, a performance management system for the 2021 performance year for the enterprise, meeting Magnet and TJC requirements. Created and supported talent and succession planning for 1,000 managers, directors, vice presidents, and the ministry leadership team, using Google queries and tools. Earned a Brandon Hall gold and silver for performance and talent management implementations.

Supported Educational Architects in their pursuit of excellent training experiences for physicians and clinical staff. Main focus is Epic, but also support other enterprise-wide products (LTG's Instilled and Microsoft SharePoint) and initiatives. Implemented Talent Management/Succession Planning for entire organization. Used Google tools to build a succession management system. Collaborated with physicians on physician training and EMR efficiency. Earned Brandon Hall HCM awards for physician onboarding and competency development.

In addition to continuing in an Education Specialist/Consultant role, this role included supporting several teams:* The EMR Training team: individuals who teach new providers and nurses throughout ThedaCare on use of Epic, ThedaCare's Electronic Medical Record. This team also provides consultation for the system on the creation of Epic training, including instruction and material design, curriculum development, and implementation support. They work closely with IT to support the Epic Training Environment and ensure that it meets the Epic training needs for the system.* The eLearning Team: This team is responsible for ThedaCare's e-learning content and Learning Management System (LMS), SumTotal. They support between 60,000 and 70,000 learning completions per year, as well as create 20-50 internally developed e-learning courses and assessment annually. The team supports in-house installation, support, and management of the SumTotal product.* The ThedaCare Library Team: This team supports ThedaCare's medical library. They curate content and provide research support for clinicians across the system. The also support circulation, electronic resources, interlibrary loan, table of contents, and web presence.In addition to supervising and Education Consulting, I supported integrating and implementing ThedaCare's Leadership Practices course - our year-long program for developing leaders at ThedaCare including leadership development, Lean (ThedaCare Improvement System), and leadership in a Lean environment (BPS - Business Performance System).

One of six Education Consultants in the system; we collaborated on multiple initiatives, including:- education teaching and planning in coordination with system initiatives- support and mentoring of educators, trainers, and optimization specialists throughout the system- curriculum development and continuous improvement- aid in embedding Lean concepts and philosophies in every day work of staffEach of us had special areas of expertise: mine is technology, so I worked particularly with education and training of ThedaCare's Electronic Medical Record system (Epic), the Learning Management System (SumTotal) and the Talent Management System (Halogen).

As Training Coordinator for IT (Information Technology Department), I was responsible for Microsoft Office and Microsoft FrontPage training for all of ThedaCare. This included both teaching classes and managing training vendors. I was part of the core team that created ThedaCare's intranet, Heartbeat, and helped with design for the site as well as curating content specific to training, information technology, and Microsoft. During this time I was also responsible for selecting, installing and implementing ThedaCare's first Learning Management System.

Worked half time in the reference department; covered the desks and worked on Teen programming for the library including a summer reading program.

Designed intranet and internet pages for various organizations; full-time for approximately 8 of those months, half-time for the rest.

Taught 3 levels of math and one of literature to 7th graders. Great fun!
