Key Job Responsibilities:Oversee and champion the articulation and development of the department’s functional strategy, work plan and programs and ensure alignment with company’s overall corporate strategy, goal and objectives.Ensure effective management of Companies Financial assets to promote/achieve the overall business goal of financial targetsOversee finance related administrative activities of the company including funding appraisal, debt management, cash flow forecasting and management, investment planning and management, payment scheduling and processingSupervise the business payroll system to ensure accurate and timely remittance of staff compensation and statutory taxesIdentify risks and long term financial implications of intended corporate projects/initiatives and advise managementDevelop and maintain a seamless documentation procedures with timelines and obtain a competitive deals/rate covering the following activities *Form M processing *Letters of Credit Processing *Insurance Processing etcDevelop and implement an effective accounting process in line with GAAP and periodic preparation of management and statutory financial reports and communicating them to the managementCoordinate the budgeting process including budget preparation, administration, monitoring and reporting
