I have a bachelor's degree in organizational leadership from Valdosta State University and an associate's degree in business technology from Gwinnett Technical College. For the past year, I worked as a Delivery Station Liaison at Amazon, where I was the captain of our team and the first DSL to pilot a new customer service program.In this role, I communicated with customers to resolve their delivery failures, relayed redelivery requests to the delivery service partners, and used data entry and analytical skills to solve delivery issues. I also assisted my manager with metrics reporting and quality reports for the team. I enjoy working with diverse and dynamic teams, and I am motivated by delivering excellent service and value to the customers.
