Drive the security monitoring & analytics programme at SCB to Identify and prioritize investments in improving the security monitoring and analytics capability of the bank. Worked as a program manager for capability development at Accenture delivery center in India focused in building the technology capabilities at India Delivery Centers across all technology and functional domains. The program had 12 stakeholders which led individual technology or functional domain such as SAP, BI, Mainframes and Security. This was a flagship program in India Delivery Center and impacted over 20,000 employees in India.
