Manage capital budget when appropriate . Supervisor to tooling coordinator who ensures tooling is available for production per planning schedule . Oversee management of 3M annual tooling budget.

Assist Engineers and Manufacturing Team in implementing technical solutions to achieve OEM partprints and Bill of Process required.Work closely with Engineers and technicians to Developed concept layout and design of product fromspecifications using 3D CAD software in Uni graphic NX.Read and interpreted blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.Researched customer design proposals and requests to evaluate feasibility, cost, and maintenancerequirements of designs.Create NC programs and set up CNC machines and conventional machines for production operators.Assist manpower in the machining department when production volume were high.Cnc and bothmanual work skills sets to provide in the driveshaft technology,aerospace, and hydraulic frackingtooling, R&D and Engineering with prototype components to enhance and shorten the design, build andtest process.

Position within this company was to operate a CNC vertical milling and CNC lathe machines with Fanuc controls. Duties included, to set up, program & operate the machines. Working with a wide variety of tools & materials. Each job was deburred & inspected within tight tolerances before the job would be released to the customer. Worked to very tight deadlines on a daily basis often including overtime until the project was complete.
