Support to Brokers Sales: Processed orders returned by brokers or bought from brokers of about 200units and reconciled accounts accordingly.G. Support to Other Internal Entities: Processed more than 1,500units transferred from dealership surplus to the stock of UCD. Processed tens of retail cases involving consumer protection (complaints to Ministry of Commerce) and customer satisfaction (complaints to Nissan) issues as well as damaged vehicles involving transporters accounts both ocean freight and land transport.
