Leveraging my profound understanding of the UGC Act, NEP 2020, Regulatory Guidelines, Compliances and Accreditation Processes, I have consistently championed initiatives to uphold academic integrity within premier higher educational institutions that I have served. My proficiency in digital content creation, coupled with cutting-edge ed-tech technologies, has enabled me to overhaul pedagogical approaches in Online and Blended Learning formats. I am known for proposing, entitling and executing high-profile trainings and workshops focused on faculty development in online education. I have held vast portfolios in my previous roles.As Director of the Office of Digital Learning and Online Education at O.P. Jindal Global University (JGU) and prior to that, as Programme Coordinator - Digital Learning at BITS Pilani, I have made significant contributions towards the dramatically changing trends of education delivered by the premier institutions of the country. Among my achievements at JGU, I have successfully established an in-house online teaching-learning model for the University. Besides, I was able to ideate, propose and structurise 22 new Master's Degree programmes for online delivery. At BITS Pilani, I was instrumental in transforming the university's online teaching-learning environment. Under my direct supervision, 23 online academic courses and 33 labs were developed, in addition to revamping 62 existing courses.As a higher education practitioner, I provide consultancy support to some public universities and enable them to set-up online learning ecosystems that are aligned with NEP 2020. In 2012, I was one of the three South Asians to receive a prestigious Norwegian scholarship from Oslo University, Norway. Critical Digital Literacies is my core area of interest.With a profound understanding of the NEP 2020 and subsequent strategic guidelines emphasizing institutional restructuring, I am committed to play a vital role in democratizing and internationalizing the higher education system of India. I worked as journalist with several newspapers and in multiple communication roles across CSR and other platforms. Besides, teaching Humanities at various universities in India, I have served international organisations like ICRISAT as Communication Consultant.
