Experienced Human Resources Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the International Hospitality environment. Fluent in Dutch, English and German. I am a broad-orientated person who gained a few years of experience on a Operational level and a few years on a Management level. I am a huge people’s person that enjoys dealing with people and actually mean something to people, whether they are co-workers or clients. I have a strong social antenna that easily conncets with people. In 2020 I have published my first book named: Master of the Youniverse. In this book I explain that we are living magnets, attracting into our lives the people, situations and circumstances that match our dominant thoughts. It is all about our mindset. Your mind is a flexible mirror. Adjust it, to see a better world. I am very proud of this achievement. In my free-time, I enjoy volunteering for different entities with the main purpose to increase the quality of other people’s lives. During my vacations, I travel the world speaking for different entities concerning the power of positivity. It gives me great pleasure to give back. The great Marcus Aurelius once said; ‘’The only wealth which you will keep forever is the wealth you have given away.’’ After the release of my book, I was fortunate to have spoken in different places such as Washington DC, New York, the Netherlands, Ukraine, Turkey and many more beautiful places. I consider myself to be a teamplayer that easily adapts to new surroundings and new people. I have a positive attitude towards life, towards people and towards work, willing to go way and beyond for my co-workers or customers. I believe that consistency is the secret of success and therefore I strive to be consistent in the quality of work that I deliver. Since I have worked in the hospitality industry where I have gained experience in many departments, I have simultaneously gained experience in other fields rather than Human Resources alone. In the future I truly see myself explore other areas in my career. My favorite author, which is Earl Nightingale once said that ‘attitude’ is the most important word in the human dictionary. I am also a firm believer that a person’s attitude determines how well someone will do careerwise and in life general. Therefore I am very consistent in broadcasting a positive and friendly attitude towards my work, life and other areas of my life.
