◦ Hackathons: Actively working on creating a multi-disciplinary hackathon, where diversity in thought is valued, by creating relations with Enterprises and student clubs from all over Ontario. Hacking is more than just technical, it is creative problem-solving. It requires exploring ideas, and passions, and following our curiosities.◦ Consulting: Creating the infrastructure of a long-term vision, which is to become the direct pipe for Enterprises looking for talent, and for Students looking for opportunities. Providing VR/AR Consultations in emerging technology.

◦ VR Club Initiative: LassondeVR’s mission is to expand the presence of Virtual and Augmented Reality Technology Knowledge in the Academic sphere. I have gained skills in; B2B, Corporate Social Responsibility, Grant writing, Client relations, Event management/planning, SDLC, CRM, and Team-Leadership.

◦ Working with Professors and TA’s: As a lab assistant, I try to provide professors and TA’s with as much technical help as possible, which includes setting up mini-lectures, coordinating equipment with other TA sessions, and dealing with faulty equipment in a timely manner.◦ IT Solutions: Monitoring lab activities, troubleshooting lab machines and systems that fail, check-out/in and maintaining equipment Lassonde offers, creating great experiences for lab tests, provide/receive updates from IT department.

◦ Add and Improve Features on Website: Worked on new features for website such as creating an interactive profile page for users, making the Google-Maps API accessible with ease. Worked on improving user login/signup experience. Used WordPress and HTML/CSS to create these features.◦ Active Business Colaboration and Financials: Weekly meetings with Company-Head discussing how to improve user experience, researching financials of API-Key and as well as incorporation of Cloud-Phone-System

◦ Client Collaboration - Refinitiv: Coordinated meetings with third-party clients for use of their software solution for our Market Data Team and IB. Managed and oversaw implementation of DataScope Select (Investment Banking product) by testing, configuring, and specifying product feature enhancements.◦ Service Now Tickets: Serviced Trader clients with Software configurations, installations, updates, and testing for Bloomberg, Thomson Reuters Eikon, and Refinitiv. On floor for hardware replacements.◦ Product Testing - Thomson ONE: Tested this product using Black-box technique, generated and pulled data using Excel add-ons for data manipulation and checks. Created reports with my findings in a professional document style for further usage by managers and other teams.◦ Server Handling - Active Console: Created 3 types of server-based reports daily for monitoring and status check purposes. Used Active Console software to connect to servers and check status for downtime, crash, and restarts. Coordinated a large-scale server update to Cloud-based-System
