The fleet include 70+ heavy vehicles with 70+ equipment and 30+ light vehicleso Providing training and development opportunities for drivers and fleet personnel to enhance skills, knowledge, and safety awareness. Conducting regular training sessions on topics such as defensive driving, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance o Coordinating and scheduling regular maintenance, inspections, and repairs for fleet vehicles to ensure they are safe, reliable, and compliant with regulations to avoid any violationo Oversee the daily trips and follow up with our team to issue the Bayan Permit for the load and load permit with respect to over weight and exceed dimension. o Develop and implement risk management systems for fleet management regarding any rescue, night driving, Highway wrong U-turns and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures)o Follow up with finance and HR to ensure vehicles’ documents renewed and paid electronically on timeo Monitoring and managing transportation costs, including fuel expenses, maintenance costs, and vehicle depreciation, to optimize budget allocationo Follow up with external Clients to get the Monthly timesheet, Purchase Orders and Service Requests from Internal clients for monthly financial closingo Member of Emergency Response Team for accidents, breakdowns, and other unforeseen events to minimize disruptions and ensure quick resolutiono Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing best practices, and implementing strategies to enhance fleet efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall performance
