- Organize Quality Master data for SAP - Perform / Adress necessary quality check needs to be establish in SAP as per market best practice.- Rectification of all related steps (when required) during transaction.- Create Material master, BOM, Master recipes, Parches order, Process order, Production IP sheet, Selected set and Code group, Inspection plan and in Some cases Goods receipts.- To inspect manufacturing and packaging line for compliance with the SOPs.- Ensure process compliance with ISO 9001 – AQL Standard - Monitoring Dispensing of Raw/ Packaging materials.- Managing validation batches samples and maintaining their record.- Finish good release process handling.- Preparation of monthly reports of all QA activities.- Sampling and testing packaging components on rotational basis.- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards- Responsible for document management systems
