Accessing computers through remote access and solving issues for users.Monitoring and managing LAN and WAN issues in main office and remotesites.Monitoring and Configuring various technologies like Easy VPN , MPLS,Frame-relay.Troubleshoot and resolve level 1 problems pertaining to hardware,software (Microsoft Office applications), Windows server 2008 anddesktop operating systems, network connectivity (wired and wireless)Creating user accounts in server 2008 ,Active directory, maintainingemail accounts in exchange .Attending user issues through tickets raised by BMC helpdesk software.Experience in solving issues related to windows 7, xp, vista andhardware issues for user computers especially experienced in delloptiplex series PC and latitude laptops ,hp pro-books etc.
