• Supervise and manage all QC functions in the workplace and manage a team of QC engineers and inspectors of day to day QA/QC functions. • Interface and coordinate with Operation and clients for QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for related inspection activities. • Prepare QC Manual, QC procedures, Inspection Test Plant (ITP).• Prioritize day-to-day issues to support department and business needs;• Perform internal and operation audits of various Coded jobs. • Have a proactive approach in QA&C related problem solving.• Foster and maintain good employee relations through the appropriate methods of communications and positive employee relations practices.• Organize and plan quality department priorities to include defect prevention activities. Calibrate all Laboratory equipments,# organizing all documents,# Prepare all chemicals and solutions used in tests,# Review data entering and compare it with specifications,# preparing monthly schedule of Quality control staff,# preparing monthly overtime sheet of Quality control staff,# Training and tutoring newcomers on making analysis of all products,# Follow non conforming reports and related issues
