Based out of Lahore, it is one the fastest growing lighting companies in Pakistan I built and scaled the business from the ground up quickly establishing a presence in the marketplace as a leading brand.• Executed the company’s nationwide strategy to establish a strong brand presence; aligning all sales and marketing efforts to gain market share and exceed the competition.• A key aspect of this role also included implementing scalable processes, defining sales and marketing activities, strategic partnerships, channel development, and identifying lucrative opportunities across markets throughout Pakistan.• Sourced, manufactured, and distributed products from 1 SKU to 200 SKU within the first year of operations; resulting in over 2 million units sold.• Endorse the company’s values and represent Novo at industry events, promoting brand awareness and actively seeking opportunities to improve services through understanding customers’ demands.

-Helped create value proposition & product requirements for the corporate solution through customer feedback and utilizing database to gather customer real-time behavior to proactively identify patterns and predict customer needs. - Aided in the creation & implementation of Go-To-Market strategy, which resulted in a 70% growth across the network. - Worked cross-functionally between Sales, Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing and Analytics team to gather data, conduct custom analysis and report findings through SQL and MS Excel for analysis and MS PowerPoint for reporting. - Developed a success-based acquisition model with a 30% increase in savings compared to other channels i.e. digital & offline.
