 Preparing on site sketches during surveys with complete calculations and proposals etc. Generating Layout plans for all the surveyed sites using Auto CAD and other tools. Generating detailed site as built drawings. Coordination with civil sub-cons regarding during construction issues, drawing issues and other civil related issues. Monitoring and controlling the process during site building to maintain the company standards.• Preparation of preliminary sketches for the client approval.• Preparation of detailed drawings of the project for the Municipality approvals.

Job Description: • Coordinate to Site Acquisition Manager regarding site visit to conduct TSSR (Technical Site Survey Report).• To coordinate to our Engineering Design Department in our main Engineering office.regarding the shop and fabrication drawing and calculation for the supplied tower.• Coordinate to our sub-con (Consultation Engineer) regarding the endorsement of tower design calculation, foundation design of tower, shop drawing, standard drawings and other detailed design. • Check accuracy of drawings prepared by Auto CAD Technicians before issuing to external sources (e.g. contractors, land owners, government etc.• Conduct Site Surveys and prepare detailed sketches based on measurements done on site. • To prepare of cost estimates for civil works for site development and maintenance.• Supervise construction of new cell sites to ensure sites are built in accordance to specifications and drawings, specifically assessing the level of quality and accuracy.• Ensure targets are reached perform periodic site checks to ensure reports conform to physical.• Ensure Client are provided with all necessary information and sites are handed over according to schedule and give recommendations for problems on site or within group to each member.• To inspect tower, shelter and other telecommunication facilities before pre acceptance test and final acceptance test and attend PAT and FAT.• Coordinate to Supervisor regarding Site Design, Site folder, Implementation, Site Test results, redline, as built and Site Design Documentation.• Ensure goals for time, cost and quality reached, Develop and implement internal processes, check and approve invoices and support finance and Issue Purchase Orders.• Maintain close communication with the Project Manager, to keep him advised of progress, problems or any deviation in the schedule or overall goals of the assessment.

Duties and Responsibilities: Generating Layout plans for all the surveyed sites using AutoCAD and other tools. Generating detailed site as built drawings.• Inspection of Construction work as a construction Supervisor Bts Room and Genset Room For Ufone PTML project Telecom at different places in Karachi, Super Highway, Hyderabad & Sukkur also the expansion of site Inspection RFI and civil Related Cad Drawing.Project Inspection & Monitoring for Quality of all the assigned Cell Site Projects. Conduct routine site inspection & monitoring of all assigned cell site project. Conduct joint pre-con survey for the site to determine for possible additional works & implement the site as per Telecom standard together with the Contractor & Acquisition group’s representative. Day to day inspection & checking in good quality of the assigned site project for the construction of tower foundation, tower assembly, verticality & painting (15 to 60 meters tower height), cable raceway/ladder, grounding system, collapsible (RBS) shelter & shelter pad, installation of RBS cable from antenna to RBS equipment inside shelter), genset pad, genset commissioning & fuel storage, perimeter security fence & other facilities. Submit daily update report to the Build Manager for the status of all the sites handled. Advice/informed Build Manager for RFTI (ready for telecom installation) once the work & guidelines met. Conduct weekly meeting with the contractor & sub-contractor for target dates deliveries for the site and other concern with regards for the site implementation.
