I founded a software development firm by the name of Crysbit Technologies. It is a private limited organization that aims to build high tech solutions for development sector in Pakistan and abroad. Crysbit portfolio includes; web-based systems for monitoring and evaluation, research data management, data analysis and visualization, communication strategy implementation, online databases, activity management and reporting, case management, grievance & complaint management, and process management. Development and implementation of Key Performance Indicators for provincial / district government departments.Develops and recommends new policies and procedures to enhance the Departments’ performance management program.Analyzes significant performance management program management issues/problems and develops expert-level recommendations and alternatives solutions.Follow up on the quarter performance appraisals and probationary period appraisals being conducted.Annually assesses the performance management program and provides analyses and recommended changes for senior management approval. As Sr. Manager Information Systems my responsibilities range from conception to conclusion of information management solutions.
