Delivering independent consulting, training, and audit support services for the following standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, ISO 18788, and HACCP in Qatar, Oman, India, The United States, and Canada.Project quality planning, health, and safety plans, and serving customers in obtaining vendor clearances and technical documentation for Kahramaa, Ashghal, Qatar Energy, and Qatar Gas.

- Operations Excellence including System Design and compliance for ISO certification.- Documentation, deployment & alignment of critical business processes to “Cycle of Service”, “Criticality to Customer Touch points” and with “Key Customer Requirements.- Business Process Transformation through Business Process Reengineering.- Build a robust Internal Audit mechanism to outperform process health check (compliance, adequacy, and controls) and report the gaps in deployment of the mapped processes through systematic and independent investigation.- Design Quality training framework and conduct awareness training on ISO standard.- Assist in the implementation of all ‘Enablers’ such as transaction monitoring, process control, and process improvement as per the requirements of the guiding quality standard.

- Providing consultancy to clients for obtaining ISO Certification. Conducting Awareness Program on ISO systems.- Illustrate the concepts concerning quality management paying special attention to the understanding and adoption of quality management principles, ensuring that the design and implementation of the standards is suited to the organization’s culture and specific business environment.- Involve all relevant individuals in the management system realization, advising and supporting the organization in identifying the appropriate processes needed for its standard requirements, define the relative importance and interaction of those processes and assist the organization in identifying documentation essential to ensure the effective planning, operation and control of its processes.- Once the processes have been identified, evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency to stimulate the organization to look for opportunities for improvement and assist in promoting a process approach and continual improvement of the standard within the organization

- Ensuring that processes needed for the quality management system are established, implemented and maintained.- Reporting to top management on the performance of the quality management system.- Any need for improvement, and ensuring the promotion of awareness of customer requirements throughout the organization.

- Ensuring the processes for the Quality management system (ISO 9001:2008) are established, implemented and maintained.- Conducting internal audits with relevant departments and prepare audit reports. Conduct management review meetings to make sure QMS process are in track.
