 Responsible for product packaging design and development. Carry out prototype and product evaluation to ensure fulfilment of product specification and requirement. Oversees the design of the finished product packaging, emphasizing marketability and cost efficiency. Conducts test on the packaging systems and components for new and existing products. Uses computer-assisted design (CAD) software to develop point-of-sale displays for products and packaging. Drafts specifications for new packing materials. Prepares project schedule and coordinate other departments to project tasks completion.

 Check and verify Boiler Specification Record (BSR) against customer requirements in sales contract Perform product stress calculation and drawings according to BSR, Boilers or Unfired Pressure Vessel (UPV) design code and statutory regulations.  Liaise with 3rd inspecting party and JKKP for securing Boiler or UPV design approval  Keep records on Boiler or UPV design approval in engineering server  Ensure accuracy of the engineering design output from designer or draughtsman  Issue fabrication drawings to workshop/contractors and register it into engineering server  Schedule design plan to meet product on time delivery  Site visit and improve existing boiler design as required  Provide boiler technical data/information as required  Assist in developing new product design.

 Plan, review & amend production schedule according to customers’ PO.  In charge in material planning & preparation for production.  Lead the production team to resolve production quality issue.  Plan, assign & supervise operators to the production processes based on their skill sets.  Plan & coordinate production processes on a daily basis to meet the product shipment date.  Assist Fisrt Article development with Engineering department.  Setting up/adjust machine setting for production use.  Prepare daily production records.  Maintain good house keeping and 5s. Conduct interview and provide training to the new operators.

 Works closely with the Sales Executives. Understands customer’s issues and providing assistance in resolving them. Able to demonstrate the benefits and advantages of using Dassault Systemes solutions . Trains customers on the application of the software solutions. Assists customers on issues related to the software application. Mastering the application of the software. Travels to project sites to preform start-up, integration, and training services

 Responsible for the stationery part drawing using Creo Parametric. Test & analyze the defect in the product to solve defect issues.  Study & prepare product costing starting from material to production cost.

 Sourcing for suppliers to provide factory materials and equipment.  Ensure prompt delivery of materials from the suppliers as needed.  Monitor production daily materials usage.
