I was under a project called Zara UK in which I had the opportunity to handle customers from the United Kingdom. My role as a Customer Service Executive required me to:- Attend to customers with general queries, complaints, comments, feedback, and other related issues in regards to the company's product via chats and WhatsApp.- Send outbound emails to liaise with related companies to solve cases raised by customers.- Trained, taught and overlooked upon the new agents of the procedures and formats in communicating with the customers.- Had the opportunity to work in different hourly shifts as it is a 24 hour service.

Throughout my brief employment under Watsons Malaysia as a customer assistant, my role was to attend as a cashier, assist on customer's wants and needs, housekeeping, as well as promoting the items in the store. I managed to gain some skills on customer service, sales, and interpersonal skills.

I was an intern under the Psychiatry department in HUKM in which I had the pleasure of witnessing the discussions amongst the supervised psychiatrist and psychologist in training on providing the best possible treatment for the patients. I had also attended a few workshops on mental health, providing quality rights to patients, and on psychoanalysis. Other than that, I had also provided administrative support to my supervisor. Throughout this internship, I had gained more knowledge on clinical psychology and mental health, and had also gained a skill in administrative support and mental health aid.
