I am Adil Akhtar, an academician and researcher currently working at the prestigious Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Ahmedabad. I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from XLRI Jamshedpur, where I graduated with 82.68%.I am deeply passionate about learning, exploring new ideas, and staying updated with trending technologies. As a Certified Microsoft Innovative Educator and a proud member of the All India Council for Technical Skill Development (AICTSD), I constantly seek opportunities to integrate innovative solutions into education and entrepreneurship. My involvement in mentoring and guiding aspiring social entrepreneurs has allowed me to help others turn their startup ideas into impactful ventures.At IIM Ahmedabad, my role involves not only engaging with academic responsibilities but also contributing to research initiatives.
