Been born in Jeddah as this port city transformed, raised in the vibrant communities of Surabaya, and now settled in the dynamic metropolis of Jakarta, I've been blessed with the privilege of immersing journey in diverse cultures and encountering people from all walks of life. This global upbringing has shaped my versatile skill set of cultural, radical, and design thinking, and allowed me to advocate for design diplomacy in facilitating the incorporation of assorted viewpoints to answer complex global challenges. Hence I established Playo in 2020, a playground-based studio where I lead interdisciplinary team and creative-driven partners to generate and facilitate collaborative experiments in bridging local resources with global solutions, resulted to international partnerships with the EUNIC, the British Council, Dutch Design Foundation, the Resilient Cities Network, and Qatar Museum, to name a few.Over a decade of innovative projects, proven works, and trusted networks, I'm excited to continue exploring the new frontier of collaboration and its power to drive further and better change.
