 Working as a Lead Assistant Manager (Electrical) at 50MW DIN Energy Wind Project where I am supervising and leading a team of engineers.  Prepare detailed forward works plans for the electrical team in consultation with the Head of Deliveries.  Performed Energization of the DIN Energy and was in charge of testing 8.2 C during energization. Develop & monitor the assigned plan to achieve specific objectives. Plan, schedule resources and manpower for activities on daily basis.  Review drawings and update daily & weekly Execution/Commissioning plan. Review and solve technical queries related to project. Inspecting and assessing the work done by the electrical staff. Installation, testing and commissioning of Electrical equipment. MV/LV & control cable laying in substation. Review drawing and prepare the termination sheet of control wiring. Wind Turbine MV cable laying, termination & testing of Cables from WTG to WTG and from GSU to RMU. WTG testing of Electrical system include RMU, Sensor, alarms & breaker testing. Conduct regular (daily) site visits and supervise/inspect and certify the installation of electrical equipment. Issue daily and weekly progress report on project activity at site  Ensure project activities are accomplished on time, safe and as per standard Prepare each activity schedule on actual time frame basis and compare with the planned schedule. Reviewing drawings and estimate material and manage purchase. Perform procurement management plan by updating and maintaining the delivery status of Equipment and materials. Assign daily project activities to different teams as per project schedule  Ensure QIP protocols and do risk analysis relating to the job. Committed to leading and motivating the team to work to produce a high quality of work that our site demands.

 Carry out the inspection of overall equipment & material as per approved SEC standards. Carryout the inspection of construction activities associated with Instrumentation installation and electrical equipment installation. Ensuring quality control site surveillance, inspect and test according to the approved drawing, verifying and validating the results and test as per approved standard. Ensure that the work being taken is in good engineering practice and conforms to Saudi Electric Company (SEC), scope of work and relevant standards. Make verification for the RFI submitted by the contractor, work to be inspected is complete and in compliance with the engineering standard and material shall conform to all applicable required standards. Supervision for the Control Cable and Power cable Pulling, laying and termination. Installation of 380kV [SIMENS] and 132kV [HICO] GIS and LCC panels. Installation of outdoor GIBs, Surge Arrestor & FSCTs. 13.8kV ALFANAR-Switchgear installation Arranging all necessary measurements of high voltage test for GIS in a safe environment. Installation of Power Transformers 67 & 500MVA. 40MVAR shunt reactor installation. Main AC/DC-DB auxiliary Panels, Control protection panel’s installation. Monitoring testing and commissioning works progress & make sure the activities should be completed on given time period. Making daily updates regarding the site progress and submitted it to the management on daily/weekly basis. Installation of battery bank (125V & 48V DC) and accessories. Inspection of cable tray work, conducting works, frames and supports installation, instrument stands/extensions installation. Inspection of grounding system such as equipment, shielding, S/S Mesh and Earth Pits.
