• Prepare Fixed Manufacturing Expenses (FME) and Conversion Cost (CC) reports on activities of the company in line with the company's schedules and internal/external requests for decision making: Income Statement (IS) Variance Analysis and comments, YTD vs YTG analysis, Manufacturing Cost Report and Rolling Forecast Proposal.• Prepare, verify and consolidate budget financial data for OB (Original Budget) and LRP (Long Range Plan)) requirements for further management decision making and planning purposes in accordance with the company's schedules and instructions: IS Variance Analysis and Comments, FME Absorption calculation and analysis, Manufacturing Cost, Pro/Con List and Presentations.• Calculation of the export sales prices in line with the global and Turkish transfer pricing practices. Closely follow-up the export profitability to realize the expected legal entity revenues. • Deal with the regular US GAAP month-end closing and reporting activities, conduct reporting activities inside & outside of PMI, including the governmental organizations. Maintain the consistency and accuracy of the financial data in the Financial Systems (SAP, GMRB, LBAR, etc.) to ensure proper, accurate and timely reflection of financial data.• Provide timely, reliable financial information to Operations Finance Cluster Management and EEMA Region to support business decisions. Prepare and present information/analysis for ad-hoc internal/external requests such as FME costs benchmarking, Overheads analysis and export profitability.• Participate in new organizational cluster set-up on PMI level and developed EEMA Cluster (Serbia, Jordan, South Africa, Senegal and Turkey). Control accuracy of Budgets, Rolling Forecasts and Actuals for FME and CC for cluster affiliates.

• Prepare and submit declaration reports for Revenue Administration (Balance Sheet, Income Statement and Withholding Tax).• Controlling financials of Eczacıbaşı Holding and associated companies.• Involving in OCR (Optical Character Recognition) project for automatizing posting of invoices.

• Controlling vendors' accounts, calculating prepaid expenses and payments.• Monitoring activities of sales representatives and controlling the sales system.• Improving communication with outsourcing financial service in Poland.

• Three months project based internship based on standardization of financial entries in SAP.• Includes project presentation to Finance management.• Basic knowledge of financial analysis and general understanding of business processes.
