Tasks included; review and presentation of business analysis framework among engagement team by gaining an understanding of business and competitors’ statistics; discussion of audit planning, risk assessment and audit results with CEO and CFO;preparation and review of compliance checklists for material agreements (PPA, OSA, GSA); execution and review of audit work;review of creditors’ and debtors’ aging, understanding of financing mix and computation of relative costs thereon;preparation and review of costing analysis and comparisons with previous periods’ figures; and performing final analytical procedures by comparing expected results including embedded rate of return with actual results and documenting reasons for variance.Internal Audits and Special AssignmentsThe scope of such assignments included documentation, risk and control mapping and internal audit of selected processes of a manufacturing concern.
