In August 2020 I received the invitation to join the research sector. In this department we receive daily 'forms' which are demands that may contain documents processed on CD's, micro chips or micro films, these documents are separated and researched to meet the request sent by the contracting company. In the research I work with the management of digitized documents, I carry out the process of locating information and pointing out data that will be presented by the legal sector that we provide services. The 'Findbot' system is the tool used to index files and respond to incoming requests. In the sector, I also train new employees, from research to completion within the 'Findbot'.
