It's the up and coming, the folks still in the works, that diamond in the rough that is too bright to stay hidden underground.So what do I do? What I'm good at; helping them define clarity, shape their destinies, ready the conditions and logistics for success and then run like a bat out of hell!To say the least, it's been fun and I've been truly blessed with great learnable, coachable and very hungry clients (I prefer partners)! These automate operational processes negating the need for more expensive application costs while delivering needed functionality in 2 weeks or less.ii) Headed a previous business development effort in technology that involved- Securing 600k funding in grants to develop 3 innovative online platforms - Overseeing the requirements gathering and development of the platforms- Managing the outsourced development team- Developing a Go to Market strategy including financial projections and budgetingiii) Oversaw the IT Dept and this involved- Developing a Strategy for Technology Adoption and Implementation- Leading the team to develop, Implement and Maintain Policies, Procedures and Processes for operations of the IT Department- Managing the rapid upgrade of IT infrastructure to enable the use of Android based Tablets as a primary tool of learning across 5 centres and upto 1500 learners in a single learning session Show less
