In AT&T’s Global Supply Chain, I managed the vendor relationships (and related resale agreements) with 19 international resale distributors that partner with AT&T. Work with the resale distributors to source products for indirect purchases by AT&T Business Solutions and AT&T Mobility - for the purpose of resale to the business and enterprise customers of AT&T. Primary point of contact within AT&T’s resale business for the domestic distribution partners of AT&T. Coordinate with AT&T’s international offices for the international distribution of products and services to the end-customers of AT&T. Highlights of accomplishments• In 2014, led a team that re-wrote the master resale agreement that AT&T currently utilizes with its vendors that provide hardware for resale.• Created an International Deal Checklist to assist business unit clients when preparing a global offering.• Created a Managed Services Job Aid to assist business unit clients when offering these services.• Prepared a Resale Distributor category playbook summarizing AT&T’s spend with resale distributors.• Worked with AT&T’s Diversity group to increase resale spend through diversity companies.• Achieved annual savings for AT&T by maximizing its purchasing power - through the use of agreements and vendor selection through RFPs, etc. Prior to 2012, negotiated agreements with small and startup companies on behalf of the Business Development group at AT&T. Previously negotiated agreements with vendors for hardware equipment for AT&T’s U-Verse television platform and high-speed DSL broadband service. Many years prior, was responsible for the strategic sourcing of transport-related products for the AT&T fiber and copper network.

In Accenture’s Legal and Commercial Division, I negotiated and managed agreements under the master consulting services agreement between Accenture and Caterpillar, Inc., onsite at Caterpillar world headquarters in Peoria, IL. Heavily involved in introducing contract processes and procedures. Routinely drafted statements of work, addenda, change orders, delivery orders, subcontracts, and vendor agreements. Actively involved in record retention procedures, and export compliance matters. Regular interaction with executives, management, and consultants at Caterpillar.

Tyco / Johnson Controls acquired ADC. In ADC’s Legal Department - Corporate Contracts, I negotiated agreements for the sale of hardware, software and services to the regional bell operating companies (Pac Bell, Ameritech, Bell South, and Bell Atlantic – now known as AT&T and Verizon). Drafted and negotiated both sales agreements and purchase agreements, subcontractor agreements, non-disclosure and confidentiality agreements, integrated/managed services agreements, resale agreements, and RFI's, RFP's, and RFQ's.
