I worked for 3 years as an information specialist at Jabil do Brasil.In this position, being my first job effectively in the IT area, I had many challenges.Dealing with people with different profiles and different levels have made me evolve personally and professionally.At this time I was responsible for IT for a project where we implemented a totally wireless production line, I gained experience in project management at that time.The good performance in this role made me stand out and I received a proposal to be an infrastructure analyst in the same company I currently occupy.Working as an Infrastructure Analyst and accumulating the role of technical leader responsible for the team of informatics specialists of the site, being currently composed 3 employees.Other challenges came, bigger projects, more responsibility and leading a team.I had to develop some skills that were not as required as:Leadership, high management and delegation, is being a great experience I have learned and sought more and more understand how we human beings work and how to extract the best from each of us.
