Being responsible for structural analysis of Embraer e-VTOL project.Bring experience in the design, development and certification of aeronautical structures based on composite materials (i.e Carbon Epoxi Laminates and Nomex Sandwich, Thermoplastics, etc...).

Acting as a technical manager, being responsible for training new professionals, following Embraer's management and people development model.Bring experience in the design, development and certification of aeronautical structures and composite materials to the CETE team, specially the use of bonded metallic sandwich panels.Develop the expertise and knowledge in the process of certification of aeronautical structures with the various certification authorities, such as the National Civil Aviation Agency (ANAC), the European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA).

Engineering Manager Structural Analysis EMB170&190To assure and support the integration of structures engineering team activities with program goals providing resources, risk and opportunities visibility and management plans.The main challenge of this team was to conduct y the EMB190-200 basic certification including an intense support to flight test campaign and discussion with the authorities, simultaneously the team had to support the EMB170&190 Family evolutions by developing optional items and improvements like Radial Tire, Steep Approach and ETOPS.Another challenge was to support the EMB190-100 fatigue test follow on defining design correction and structural repairs for EMB170&190 Family.Other issue was to support the EMB190-100 enter into service operation, mainly to support the initial Jet Blue operation, promptly defining design correction and structural repairs for the problems found on field.

To assure and support the integration of wing and pylon structures engineering team activities with program goals providing resources, risk and opportunities visibility and management plans.The main challenge of this team was to support Kawasaki (KHI-Japan) and Palm Beach Office (PBI-USA) activities related to the wing and pylon development and certification respectively.These support requested lot integration and communication proficiency to assure that wing and pylon structures design and sizing met the Embraer standards, dozen of international missions were need to achieve the goal.The wing skins had been developed by a special peen-forming technique with requested from us a special dedication to develop a robust, repeatable and controllable manufacturing process which was integrated by Embraer structural analysis team with support of NMF and KHI.It shall be remarked the certification reports deliverable plan follow on, which involved a close coordination and discussion with KHI and PBI to assure the certification date.
