Currently I am working as a Deputy Manager in there SMART GRID project. My responsibilities is to administer and provide support in the implementation of Oracle Technologies like Oracle Exadata, Oracle Exalogic, Oracle VM, Oracle RAC Databases, Oracle Weblogic, Oracle Meter Data Management (MDM), Oracle Network Management System (NMS), Oracle Smart Grid Gateway (SGG), Oracle OBIU and Oracle Data Guard.

Currently working as a Database Administrator in National Bank of Pakistan.National Bank of Pakistan is one of the largest banks of Pakistan, having almost Twelve hundred online branches across country. Working in system and database department of IT Group, makes me administer almost 55 live servers that host various application deployed over different operating system platform (Windows server 2003, Red Hat Enterprise Linux AS 3.0 & 4.0) and using various databases such as Oracle 10g &9i and SQL Server 2000, 2005 & 2008 at their back-end.Responsibilities:•Successfully implemented 2 node fail over cluster of SQL Server 2008 R2 64 bit, and also successfully implemented its operating system level cluster on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit.•Also implemented Analysis services on separate resource group of cluster. •Successfully implemented 2 node Network load balancing for web services (IIS) on Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit.•Successfully implemented database mirroring in domain and workgroup environment between different databases and also created witness server for automatic failover.•Create a linked server for the connectivity from SQL Server to Oracle and IBM databases.•Successfully Implemented Oracle 11g R2 Active Data-Guard through RMAN on RHEL 5.6 O/S.•Clone Oracle 11g production database on test machine through RMAN.•RMAN has been implemented to take differential and incremental backups of Oracle database.•Control and data file restoration has been done through RMAN scripts. •Recovery catalog has been implemented on different Oracle machine for RMAN to take different Oracle database backups.•Implement automatic email procedure status to end user through Oracle and SQL Server.•Successfully implement Oracle transparent gateway for the connectivity between Oracle and non-oracle database on Linux and Windows operating system. •Deleting archive log from primary and secondary database through rman.
