• supporting management with day to day administrative and IT duties• creating updating contract folder, tender price analysis, project references• reviewing/updating timesheets, allocating hours• general office administration and filing• PA for company director• communication with contractors and clients• operating switchboard, responding to correspondence, ordering stationery• other duties included meet and greet clients and contractors, petty cash,expenses, mileage etc.

• taking care of the premises and offices• preparing refreshments, helping with the meetings, organising events• day to day running of the offices

- advising and serving customers, - cash handling, - stock control,- delivery checks- opening and closing of the business and premises, end of the day cashing-upand banking

• checking situation and price level on the market• first contact with suppliers and buyers• price, quantity and delivery terms negotiations• prepare offers, contracts and addendums• issue invoices• dealing with inconsistencies• meetings and negotiations with business partners• prepare documents for accounting, annual financial statement• prepare the monthly balance, cash flow etc.
