My career journey blends public service, private sector work, and freelance endeavors, driven by a passion for learning, technology, and media. It began with a three-year stint as a United Nations Volunteer in January 2018, contributing to initiatives focused on climate action, humanitarian causes, environmental conservation, and enhancing the online presence of non-profit organizations.Simultaneously, I started as an Educational Technology Consultant at Indonesia's Ministry of Public Works and Housing in September 2017. This role became a cornerstone of my professional development. I modernized their training programs, creating over 20 curricula and training modules for construction and public housing projects, aligning them with national development goals. I produced over 60 hours of explainer videos, including podcasts and talk shows, to make learning more engaging.Driven to leverage technology, I developed interactive LMS content and microlearning modules. This involved conducting thorough needs analyses to identify knowledge gaps and meticulously analyzing project risks. Collaboration was key, and I fostered strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels to maximize impact. This role continued until December 2024, allowing me to witness tangible results in enhancing the Ministry's capacity.To enhance my media skills, I freelanced on Fiverr, delivering over 4,000 hours of media production for clients in 29 countries. I developed Metaverse experiences, NFT artworks, and executed social media takeovers. I also created video scripts for vocational LMS products.In January 2021, I joined Foodizz as a Curriculum Manager, creating 36 curricula and training modules on F&B and business management. I also shaped the user experience for their online culinary business school. This experience lasted until May 2021.Most recently, I joined Alatan in January 2024 as a Research & Program Development Specialist, developing 16 government-related training programs. I collaborated with subject matter experts, delivered webinars, and crafted tailored training modules. This role continued until September 2024.Throughout my experiences, I have consistently sought opportunities to learn and contribute to meaningful projects.
