As a seasoned HR professional with 20 years of experience, I have a passion for advancing individual ability and organizational capability. I have worked with diverse and dynamic companies across various sectors, such as finance, manufacturing, and distribution, to design and implement effective human capital strategies that align with their vision, mission, and goals.In my most recent role as the Head of HR at Money For Finance, a leading microfinance company in Jordan, I led a major initiative to design and establish KPIs for all the jobs in the company, using a quantifiable and scientific approach. This enabled the organization to create a robust performance management system that enhanced employee engagement, productivity, and retention. I also used 360-degree tools to assess and improve the organizational culture, steering it in the right direction. Additionally, I have extensive experience in talent acquisition, succession management, training and development, and psychometric assessment, having designed and delivered various programs and tools in these areas throughout my career.Besides my practical experience, I also hold multiple HR certifications, including SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, and ISO 30414, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development. I am also a well-recognized HR instructor and trainer in Jordan, having delivered SHRM-CP/SCP and other HR topics for the last seven years.
