I also used 360-degree tools to assess and improve the organizational culture, steering it in the right direction. Additionally, I have extensive experience in talent acquisition, succession management, training and development, and psychometric assessment, having designed and delivered various programs and tools in these areas throughout my career.Besides my practical experience, I also hold multiple HR certifications, including SHRM-SCP, SPHRi, and ISO 30414, which demonstrate my commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
