About Aditya Modi

As an established expert with over twenty years in the music industry, I bring a comprehensive understanding of the Indian music scene, professional Audio, and architectural acoustics. My journey spans from spinning tracks as a DJ in Los Angeles to receiving tutelage from distinguished sound engineers in India such as Daman Sood and H. Sridhar, and fostering a long-standing professional bond with the Oscar and Grammy laureate, AR Rahman.My professional portfolio comprises recording, mixing, mastering, and producing sound for television, film, and music. I bring 15 years of experience as a live sound touring engineer and concert show production for illustrious artists, including AR Rahman and Anirudh. My contributions have been acknowledged with awards from AES, IRAA, and Radio Mirchi, and I have had the privilege to work on Oscar and Grammy-recognized projects.As a veteran board member and the incumbent chairperson of the Audio Engineering Society India, I frequently orchestrate technical seminars and workshops, develop curricula for audio education institutions, and write technical papers.
