Managed a technical Industrial Design team, provided manufacturability and design input across Signage and POP product lines. Ensured feasibility, accuracy, and on-time delivery of all design assests and production documents, and focused on improving process and execution of company objectives at HQ, our manufacturing facility, and our global manufacturing partners.

Oversaw the design and fulfillment of the signage product line. Supported Sales & Design teams in providing solutions that were on brand, on budget, and maximized the capabilities of our manufacturing partners. Signed off on all design presentations, created design and material guidelines, maintained an in-office R&D shop for testing and prototyping, developed our domestic and overseas supply chains.

Responsisble for optimizing and delivering the digital assets and product specifications necessary for the decoration of our screen printed glassware, POP, and signage product lines. Provided artwork and design recommendations to our Project Management and Sales teams in order to guide projects toward a successful outcome.
