After three months in my role as a Client Success Manager, I was assigned to lead the regionalisation strategy of one of Crimson's core products, Capstone Advisory.In this capacity, I collaborate closely with the recruiter, CIS country managers and internal service delivery team to customize the product for the CIS Market, taking into account regional expectations and cultural nuances.

• Coordination, engagement and facilitation of over 50 VIP accounts achieving a 90% customer satisfaction rate and revenue guardianship• Cooperation with internal stakeholders from over 20 countries & ensuring effective communication across 10+ time zones along with inspection of service and data quality• Customer relationship management, internal coordination, operations and service management

-Assisting students in researching and selecting appropriate study abroad programs and destinations;-Helping students prepare for their study abroad experience, including visa application processes, travel arrangements, and housing arrangements;-Organising pre-departure orientations and workshops for students to help them prepare for their study abroad experience;-Cooperating with financial aid and international offices to achieve 90% client satisfaction rate;-Achieving a 100% success record in obtaining Student Visas;-Establishing an effective sales funnel via SM Marketing and generating leads;-Producing and managing a Youtube channel focused on Education Abroad with more than 3’500 subscribers;-Reaching a combined total of almost 400,000 views on study abroad YouTube videos;-Creating promotional campaigns for the Swiss Education Group portfolio schools ranked amongst the Top 10 worldwide (QS Ranking)

-Sealing partnerships with major Retail & Groceries accounts on the local market-Ensuring deals follow the required profitability of Kazakhstan-Building long term partnerships and ensuring a fast and smooth onboarding-Keeping the pipeline updated on a daily basis

-Supervising 4 employees in the department;-Creating connections with universities in 30 countries;-Conducting employee trainings on new products;-Creating Marketing offers for partners;-Negotiating and upselling company products;

-Mentoring 50+ students from all over Central Asia, Russia, Belarus and Ukraine with the admission process-Assisting students with Visa;-Counselling students on Visa and University Admission Interviews;-Evaluating student Motivational Letters and Essays;-Counselling customers on the university major selection;-Recruiting students to 35 various universities in 15 countries;During this experience, my students received scholarships from Top Universities abroad up to 100% (Full-Financial Aid, $104'000 scholarship).

-Organising catering services for private jets for over 1’200’000 CHF in gross value;-Ensuring proper communication between 20 employees in 3 departments; -Supervising transportation and kitchen department; -Supervising food packaging process;-Invoicing and taking credit card payments; -Communicating with customers on special services;-Establishing documentations for customs;-Creating lounge and event offers Etihad, Chair and Condor Airlines;
