I have always been fascinated by science and its potential to unlock solutions that will change the lives of people around the world. Early in my career as a scientist at MorphoSys, I focused on research and development of new medicines, having the privilege to partner with large pharmaceutical companies on development of novel antibodies that went on to late-stage clinical development. However, what I enjoyed most during this time were the interactions with various partners and the opportunity to identify synergies in our work. With that realization, I advanced my career into business development and received further certification at the Haufe Academy for effective project management, marketing, communications, business administration and assistance.I am passionate about helping my team and our leadership achieve our goals, no matter the task at hand.
